The Global Challenge Award Inc., d.b.a. The Renewable Nations Institute (hereinafter, the "Institute"), is a Vermont-based, tax-exempt, nonprofit organization established in 2006. The Institute previously operated as a program of EcoSage Corporation (1998-2002) and the SolarQuest Education Foundation, Inc. (2002-2005). The Institute's mission is to educate the public about the existential crisis of global warming through innovative Work-Learning-Service projects. The Institute works on a project-by-project basis and is currently in a project development cycle. The Institute expects to announce new project initiatives in late 2026.
